A cyclist has been killed in an accident involving a semi-truck in Surrey.
R-C-M-P say officers responded to a report of a crash on Scott Road at 104th Avenue just before eight this morning.
When police arrived, the cyclist had already died of their injuries.
Police say a preliminary investigation indicates the person on the bike lost control in the intersection and was hit by the truck that was towing a trailer.
A recent traffic stop led to a drug seizure in Kelowna. R-C-M-P say they were patrolling an area known for drug trafficking on June 2nd when they pulled over a vehicle for a number of traffic violations.
