Convicted Fraudster Scammed Woman Out of Thousands Of Dollars: Victoria Police

    VICTORIA - Police in Victoria are looking for a convicted fraudster who scammed a woman out of thousands of dollars.
     
    Const. Mike Russell says Dallon Johnstone met the woman through an online dating site in July.
     
    The two began dating and within days, Johnston allegedly bilked her out of thousands of dollars and fled.
     
    Russell says Johnstone had already been convicted for fraud-related offences.
     
    Investigators believe he may be targeting other people online, and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
     
    Police are calling on anyone with information to contact them.
