Child Dies, Two Survive, Following House Fire In Remote Arctic Hamlet

    IGLOOLIK, Nunavut — One child is dead after a fire in a housing block in a remote Arctic hamlet.
     
    Another child and a man remain in hospital following the blaze this morning in Igloolik, along Canada's northeastern coastline.
     
    Fire and police crews responded to a multi-unit dwelling about 8 a.m. Friday.
     
    No injuries were reported in adjoining units.
     
    The victims haven't been identified and RCMP say they are not releasing more information.
