Police in Abbotsford have charged a 46-year-old local man in relation to a homicide in the city earlier this week.
Abbotsford Police say Chancal Badwal was arrested after evidence obtained at the scene of the crime on July 18th led investigators to the suspect.
Sixty-two-year-old Imtiaz Hussain of Abbotsford was found dead in the 31-thousand block of Madiera Place in Abbotsford on that day.
Investigators say the incident is isolated and the two men knew each other.
B.C.'s Ministry of Agriculture says in a statement the infected farm has been placed under quarantine by the Canadian Food Inspection Agency and producers within a 10-kilometre radius have been sent notices about the discovery.

The man was in Montreal at the end of April to meet friends and returned in early May. Monkeypox typically begins with a flu-like illness and swelling of the lymph nodes, followed by a rash on the face and body.
