Burnaby RCMP is asking for the public’s help identifying a suspect who punched another man in the face after a dispute at Metrotown.

The incident happened on Friday, May 28 around 6:30 p.m.

A witness says he saw a verbal argument between a man and woman outside the mall. When he attempted to intervene after following the pair inside the mall, the suspect punched the witness in the face.

The man and woman originally seen arguing left the area.

The suspect, pictured below, is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • Mid 40’s
  • About 6’0 tall
  • Blue dress shirt
  • Black dress pants
