The College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia says a massage therapist in Burnaby who's been accused of sexual misconduct cannot have female clients while he's being investigated.
It comes after a patient complained that the therapist inappropriately touched them in April.
The college says the accused must now submit his patient calendar weekly.
An inspector will also conduct random on-site audits.
The report says the cost of 734 officers with the Surrey Police Service would be $249,460 per officer, while each Mountie would be $205,990. The city says the plan will be sent to Solicitor General Mike Farnworth by Dec. 15 for his final review and approval.
