A 28-year-old man who went on a multi-day crime spree in Burnaby and Vancouver last year has been sentenced to three years and two months in prison.
That's on top of time already served.
Hayden McCorriston pleaded guilty in December to numerous charges, including sexual assault, assault by choking, and robbery.
Those offences were just some of the more than a dozen Mounties say McCorriston committed between March 31st and April 3rd of 2022.
The River Forecast Centre says rivers and streams on Vancouver's North Shore mountains and in areas around Squamish, the Sunshine Coast and much of central, east and southern Vancouver Island could exceed levels seen only every five years.
