Vancouver Police say they're investigating a woman's death after her body was found in the water near a popular downtown beach over the weekend.
A statement from Sergeant Steve Addison says a passerby saw the body at Sunset Beach yesterday.
Addison says the woman had not been identified and police are working with the B-C Coroners Service to determine the cause of her death.
He says police have not yet determined whether if the death was criminal in nature.
In a statement, the provincial Ministry of Post-Secondary Education and Future Skills says the new limit is meant to make sure that "international student enrolment doesn't strain an institution's ability "to provide appropriate services."
