Body Found In Trunk Of Charred Car Near Trail Considered Suspicious

    TRAIL, B.C. — RCMP say a body has been found inside the trunk of a burnt out and abandoned car just north of Trail, B.C.
     
     
    The Trail and Greater District detachment says the grey Honda Civic was set on fire last Sunday night on Highway 22 .
     
     
    The death is being treated as suspicious and is being investigated by the Southeast District Major Crime Unit.
     
     
    Police have not released any information about the age or gender of the body.
     
     
    RCMP are asking anyone who was in the area 11 kilometres north of Trail last weekend to contact them.
