Body Found After Mobile Home Fire In British Columbia: RCMP

    BURTON, B.C. - The RCMP are investigating after a fatal mobile home fire on the weekend in southeast British Columbia.

     

    The RCMP and the coroners service say they are investigating the circumstances surrounding the fire after a body was found inside the mobile home in Burton, B.C.

     

    Police say they responded to the fire shortly after 9:30 p.m. on Saturday.

     

    The RCMP say they are trying to positively identify the person who died and notify the individual's family.

     

    The Mounties say at this stage of the investigation, no criminal behaviour is suspected.
