  • Bob Dhillon Acquires Historic Indian Books at Auction in England
After adding the majestic sword of Maharaja Ranjit Singh to his collection of Indian and Sikh history, Calgary business magnate Bob Dhillon has acquired over a hundred rare Indian books at an auction held in the England on October 22nd. 
 
“As you know, I believe most of our Indian historical artifacts are in England in museum basements and private collectors homes,” Dhillon mentioned in a press release.

(2) The fort was built at Attock Khurd during the reign of Akbar the Great from 1581 to 1583 under the supervision of Khawaja Shamsuddin Khawafi to protect the passage of the Indus.
