Bizarre Crime Spree Sparked By Theft Of Stolen Jeep Outside Kamloops, B.C.

Darpan News Desk The Canadian Press, 06 Jan, 2016 11:37 AM
The theft of a Jeep from a home east of Kamloops, B.C., appears to have sparked a bizarre crime spree.

RCMP say that several hours after the vehicle was taken, a man noticed someone driving his brother's pickup truck east of the city, with a Jeep right behind it.

When he returned to his home, the man noticed several items were missing, including guns.

Mounties say the stolen pickup struck a Smart Car, injuring the driver, and that some of the stolen guns were later found in the abandoned truck.

No suspects have been arrested, and the Jeep is still missing.
