Police in Surrey are investigating multiple fires set in Green Timbers Park early yesterday.
Officers conducted foot patrols after a citizen reported a fire and they found several other blazes.
Surrey fire service attended and was able to put out all the fires.
Police say the fires in the park (at 146th Avenue and 100th Street) appear to be intentional and they're hoping anyone who might have video or who was in the area and has any information will call police.
Coquitlam RCMP Front-line officers attended the area of Glen Drive and Johnston Street in Coquitlam for an assault on Sunday, January 1, 2023 at 2:47 a.m. The victim was changing a tire when he was attacked by two men. The men fled prior to Police attendance. nThe victim sustained serious, non-life-threatening injuries to his head.
