Alberta RCMP Say Suspect Wanted In Shooting Of Two Officers Is Dead

    ST. ALBERT, Alta. — RCMP say the suspect wanted in the shooting of two officers at a casino just outside of Edmonton is dead.
     
    Police say his body was found in an unoccupied home in a rural area outside of St. Albert hours after the shooting.
     
    RCMP say he was not killed by police.
     
    Two constables remain in hospital.
     
    One is in grave condition and the other is in serious but stable condition.
