Abbotsford Police Locate Missing Indo-Canadian Woman And Her 1-Year-Old Son

Darpan News Desk, 06 Sep, 2016 10:08 AM
The Abbotsford Police Department says they've safely located a 31-year-old woman Rajvir Kaur and her 1-year-old son Paramveer Rai.

On Monday, September 05, 2016, at 1:30 pm, the Abbotsford Police Department was contacted concerning a missing 31-year-old woman and her 1-year-old son.

Rajvir Kaur RAI was last observed in her residence around 4:00 am on this same date. At around noon, family noticed that she and her son, Paramveer, were gone from the home and her departure was out of character.

"It's concerning to the family, they felt that she would have had a conversation with them," said Const. Ian Macdonald.

"We just believe at the end of the day, for a family that would be used to seeing the mother and child inside the multi-generational home, it's a bit of a departure for both not be present."

The two were found on the evening of September 5.
