Abbotsford Man Could Be Responsible For 11 Bank Robberies In Langley And Surrey: Police

The Canadian Press, 16 Jun, 2015 10:25 AM
ABBOTSFORD, B.C. — Clothing, firearms and replica weapons seized at two homes in Abbotsford, B.C., have led to the arrest of a man suspected in four bank robberies.

Police say 28-year-old Briaden Rosch is accused of committing the heists in neighbouring Langley starting in April.

But police also say Rosch is a suspect in 11 robberies in the Vancouver area, and those investigations are ongoing.

The department says police from three jurisdictions, including Surrey, identified Rosch as a suspect last week.

Surveillance led to his arrest on Friday.

Police say more charges are anticipated against the serial robbery suspect.
