  • A 4.5-magnitude earthquake registered on the west coast of Vancouver Island

A 4.5-magnitude earthquake shook off the west coast of Vancouver Island earlier today.

Earthquakes Canada says there have been no reports of damage from the quake that was about 213 kilometres southwest of Port Alice. 

It comes less than a week after dozens of people reported feeling a 5.7 magnitude quake that rumbled in the same area. (CTV Vancouver Island)
