A 4.5-magnitude earthquake shook off the west coast of Vancouver Island earlier today.
Earthquakes Canada says there have been no reports of damage from the quake that was about 213 kilometres southwest of Port Alice.
It comes less than a week after dozens of people reported feeling a 5.7 magnitude quake that rumbled in the same area. (CTV Vancouver Island)
Woodfibre LNG says in a statement it plans to meet net-zero emissions by the time operations start at the south coast export facility in 2027. On Monday, at 2:44 am Police and Fire were called to a porta-potty also set on fire in the 1900 block of Jones Ave in North Vancouver. No suspects were seen at this location but police believe this incident is related to the March 13th arson.
