Burnaby R-C-M-P say four Mounties sustained minor injuries as they responded to a report of a man trying to break into a home over the weekend.
They say officers arrived to find the 36-year-old suspect yelling incoherently, and when they tried to arrest him, he became aggressive.
Police say officers ultimately used a Taser to take the man into custody.
They say two of the four officers injured during the arrest were treated in hospital and released the same night.
The BC Maritime Employers Association says it has been told by a lawyer for the foremen's union that an industry-wide strike vote will take place in coming weeks. Richmond R-C-M-P say they've launched an investigation after a body was found in the Fraser River near an industrial area earlier this week. Mounties say the human remains were found Tuesday in the water after getting a call around midday on July 22nd.
