The B-C government is seeking proposals to create new affordable rental homes through its Community Housing Fund.

Housing Minister Ravi Kahlon says the newest round of funding will create approximately 35-hundred homes.

Proposals will be accepted until mid-November, with the winning applicants set to be announced early next year.

The government says it wants to build 20-thousand homes through the C-H-F program by 2032.
