Surrey transit police say the investigation of an attack on three men near a Surrey SkyTrain station has led to three arrests.
Police say the alleged unprovoked stabbing attack on three men happened the evening of June 21st.
They say all three men have since recovered from their injuries.
Transit Police say charges of aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, and possession for the purpose of trafficking will be recommended against the three suspects.
British Columbia Public Safety Minister Mike Farnworth says he'll announce Wednesday whether Surrey will be allowed to revert to policing by the RCMP or be forced to continue the transition to a municipal force. Farnworth says no matter what he decides, he's confident officers with either force are going to continue to do an "incredible job."
