24 Yr Old Rafey EL SAADI Arrested And Charged In Surrey Stabbing Incident

    Surrey RCMP advises that a suspect has been arrested and charged following a stabbing incident that occurred this past Friday in the Cloverdale area of Surrey (see previous release).
     
    Officers obtained information from witnesses and recovered evidence inside the residence where the incident was believed to have occurred. The alleged suspect was later located at a local area hospital and taken into police custody.
     
    Rafey EL SAADI, 24 years old of Surrey, has now been charged with one count of Attempt to commit murder. This incident is targeted and involved family members. The victim has been released from hospital and is recovering from his injuries.
