Police on Vancouver Island are investigating after two pedestrians were struck by a vehicle in Duncan, B-C.
R-C-M-P say they were called to a report of a pedestrian struck shortly after 9 p-m Saturday.
Two victims received care on scene for minor injuries, and the driver of a red jeep apparently involved is co-operating with police.
R-C-M-P say the investigation is ongoing.
The letter, which was published Tuesday and provides a summary and timeline of the case, was signed by doctors from the BC Centre for Disease Control, BC Children’s Hospital, the Public Health Agency of Canada, and B.C.'s agriculture ministry.
