Mounties are looking for witnesses after an assault of two men in a Surrey park that left one with life-threatening injuries.
They say officers responded on Sunday around 12:40 A-M to a report of a disturbance and arrived to find two victims.
Both of the men, who were aged 18 and 22, were brought to the hospital.
Police say they are canvassing C-C-T-V footage in the area, but are asking anyone who saw or heard anything suspicious between midnight and 1 A-M on September 8th to come forward.
Mounties in West Kelowna are appealing to the public for new information that could help solve a double homicide in Peachland 20 years ago. Police say Dean Desimone and an unknown male suspect entered a home and got into a shootout with an occupant, Anthony Gorkoff, in April 2004.
