Mounties in Squamish say two people have been arrested in what they are calling a weapons related incident near Government Road and Garibaldi Way on Sunday.

They say a victim was brought to the hospital with non-life-threatening-injuries.

Police say the investigation is ongoing, but the incident was isolated and there is no threat to public safety.

They are asking that anyone with information contact police.
