Mounties in Squamish say two people have been arrested in what they are calling a weapons related incident near Government Road and Garibaldi Way on Sunday.
They say a victim was brought to the hospital with non-life-threatening-injuries.
Police say the investigation is ongoing, but the incident was isolated and there is no threat to public safety.
They are asking that anyone with information contact police.
Infrastructure Canada says $19 million in upgrades to Vancouver's Science World will increase the facility's lifespan and reduce its energy consumption by more than 40 per cent. Under the new Canada Community-Building Fund deal, local governments in B.C. will receive $300 million in federal infrastructure funding in 2024-2025.
