1977 Stanley Cup, 1993 World Series Rings Stolen From Toronto Home

    Toronto police are looking for a thief who made off with a pair of valuable sports championship rings in a residential break-in.
     
    The stolen jewelry, valued at approximately $500,000, includes a 1977 Montreal Canadiens Stanley Cup ring and a 1993 Toronto Blue Jays World Series ring
     
    The robbery was committed on Canada Day last Wednesday during the evening hours at a west-end residence (in The Kingsway and Prince Edward Dr. North area).
     
    Anyone with information is asked to contact police or Crime Stoppers.
