14-year-old Quebec driver dies in accident along with female passenger, 17

    A 14-year-old driver and a 17-year-old female passenger are dead after an accident south of Quebec City.
     
    Provincial police say their vehicle jumped off a road in the town of Irlande shortly after midnight.
     
    Police say speed and alcohol were not factors but that fatigue may have been involved.
     
    Irlande is about 100 kilometres south of Quebec City.
