Why did you decide to migrate to Canada? 

We decided to move to Canada for a better and brighter future as it is the land of opportunities and growth.

Which year did you migrate?

We migrated in 2019.

What were your first impressions of Canada?

Canada is one of the best places to live. It has a safe environment and better living standards that my family & I thoroughly enjoy. People here are warm, friendly and helpful.

Where did you stay when you reached Canada? Hotel, Airbnb, relative or friend's place? 

When we landed in Canada, we were welcomed by our friends, and we stayed with them until we found a place. They made our stay comfortable and the transition process more manageable.

What difficulties/challenges did you face when you and your family moved here?

Thanks to our friends and their support, we didn't find many difficulties here in Canada. From finding houses to rent to documentation, all the process is easy and seamless. 

How was your experience getting a job here? Was it easy or troublesome?

The experience of finding a job here is simple and straightforward. With the help of job portals and websites, it is relatively easier to find employment in Canada.

How has your overall journey in Canada been so far?

The overall journey in Canada for my family and me has been smooth and easy. It is a beautiful country with friendly people and a safe environment that offers a bright future for us. 

How do you see your future in Canada?

Our journey here in Canada has been good so far. We foresee a brighter and better future for the kids and us in Canada.

Biggest Problem - To find a place to rent here in Canada as there are many obstacles such as mortgage and other home expenses.

Resolution - To start working in the field of construction and to live a better quality of life with my family.

Advice for immigrants -  Be prepared for the tough times and never lose hope. Believe in yourself and your hard work. Be positive and follow your dreams. 

Memory - We miss our family and friends back home as well as the special occasions and festivals that we used to celebrate together.
