Wanted Gangster Navpreet Loharia, 3 Others Arrested From Haryana Border

    The Punjab Police late last night arrested a wanted gangster and his three accomplices from Haryana border.


    Navpreet, also called Nav Loharia, and his three associates from Uttar Pradesh were wanted by the police in four states, including Punjab, Haryana, Delhi and Uttar Pardesh.


    Arms and ammunition were recovered from their possession. Earlier on Saturday, the four managed to escape during an encounter with a police team lead by the SSP, Patiala, from the city.


    Lahoriya was among the top names in the list of gangsters in Punjab.


    Police said more than 17 cases of organised crime in four states have been foiled with their arrest.
