Ukraine not answering queries on MH17

Darpan News Desk IANS, 25 Oct, 2014 07:26 AM
The Ukraine has not replied to a single query on Malaysia Airlines flight MH17 that crashed in the country's east after apparently being shot down, Russia's Permanent Representative at the UN Vitaly Churkin has said.

"Our specialists articulated important questions that need to be answered to get a clear picture of what really happened," Churkin said Friday.

The Russian specialists' queries included analysis of information about warplane flights close to the crash area and information about missile launches.

Flight MH17, which took off from Amsterdam en route to Kuala Lumpur, crashed July 17 in Ukraine's eastern Donetsk Region.

All the 298 people on board were killed.
