'Super 30' Founder To Attend I-Day Parade In New York

    'Super 30' founder Anand Kumar, who is known for his IIT tutorial classes, has been invited to attend the annual India Day parade being organised in New York City.
     
    The Federation of Indian Association (FIA) has invited him to the prestigious parade in recognition of his pioneering work of tutoring underprivileged students free-of-cost.
     
    "We invited Anand Kumar as he has been doing extraordinary work and people across the world recognise it as something special. Many people do charity, but what he does is changing generations. The students from the most underprivileged families are able to reach the top," said Alok Kumar, an organiser of the event in a statement.
     
    Other guests who will be attending the parade along with Kumar are former Chief of Army Staff Dalbir Singh Suhag and actress Tamannaah Bhatia.
     
    The Indian Independence day is celebrated with great fervour in the US where a large number of Indian-origin people gather in the city and participate.
