Michelle Obama Continues First Lady Tradition Of Bringing Holiday Cheer To Hospitalized Kids

The Canadian Press, 15 Dec, 2014 04:37 PM
WASHINGTON — Michelle Obama says Christmas pyjamas may be on her list for Christmas.

The First Lady visited hospitalized children on Monday and was asked by one patient whether she owns Christmas pyjamas.

Mrs. Obama replied that she doesn't and said she may put that on her wish list.

She had told another child that she doesn't really have a long Christmas list because she basically has everything she needs.

Mrs. Obama's visit continues a 60-plus-year tradition by First Ladies.

She toured the hospital, read "Twas the Night Before Christmas" and introduced the children to dogs Bo and Sunny.
