The City of Surrey has kicked off its Christmas celebrations and it hosted over 18,000 attendees at the 12th annual Surrey Tree Lighting Festival at Surrey Civic Plaza this past Saturday. The Christmas tree will illuminate Surrey Civic Plaza right until January 2, 2023
