The ARC Will Make a Lasting Impression on the City

Darpan News Desk , 25 Jan, 2016 01:58 PM
When Concord Pacific says its newest north False Creek development, The ARC, will change Vancouver's skyline forever, it doesn't say it lightly.

The iconic condominium project will have a distinct downtown flavour coupled with an architectural design that hasn't been seen before.

Designed by Francl Architecture, The ARC will feature two contemporary towers, which are connected by a bridge and designed with curved forms to resemble a waving flag.

“This is the most central gateway to Downtown Vancouver. The ARC's strikingly unique architectural façade will be the landmark of the neighbourhood at the northern foot of the Cambie Bridge,” says Grant Murray, VP sales Concord Pacific. “Concord Pacific has a reputation for placing special emphasis on creating an environment where residents have a sense of community.”

Located in the heart of Canada’s largest master-planned urban community, Concord Pacific Place—Vancouver’s biggest award-winning development company—says these newest towers represent the next generation of Vancouverism.

“We are very excited about moving forward with the final addition to False Creek Central,” adds Murray. “This area is a unique community, in close proximity to the best of Downtown, Gastown and Yaletown.”

In true Concord Pacific trademark design, Concord Pacific is setting a new standard of excellence in Vancouver yet again.
Murray went to on say: “When the whole area is developed residents will have all of the services and entertainment choices they will want, including an entertainment complex with five-star hotels and restaurants being built next to BC Place.”

Each residence will feature opulent and unique finishes, such as a movable wall (in the majority of suites) and an outdoor patio deck that offers spectacular views of the city, mountain and ocean. In addition, the resort-style amenities will be elevated to the 20th floor with glass bottom indoor swimming pool and a Sky lounge.

It can be said that Concord Pacific has saved the best for last—The ARC is already whispered to become of one the city’s most iconic towers.
