Morning sex makes for a healthy start!

Darpan News Desk IANS, 29 Aug, 2014 10:28 AM
Mornings are not just perfect for jogging or quieter moments in the park. Try sex in the wee hours that will sure improve your otherwise dull and boring day like never before!

According to researchers, individuals who partake in morning sex are healthier and happier people.

"As an immunity booster, its health benefits last throughout the day, contributing to that 'healthy glow' your co-workers keep referring to," Debby Herbenick, a sexual health educator and author of the bestseller 'Because It Feels Good', was quoted as saying in media reports.

According to Herbenick, sex releases boosted levels of estrogen, which in turn, make your skin and hair stronger and healthier.

"Sex increases levels of IgA - an antibody that helps to fight against infection," Herbenick said.

Increased levels of estrogen and testosterone have known ageing benefits.
