    Meet Joey. She is a 16-months-old baby who just wants to spread smiles. 
     
    Sporting a high ponytail, she walks around the mall and waves hi to passersby and eventually goes on to hug a woman. In a video, that has gone viral with over 46 million views, people can’t stop smiling at Joey and how could they!
