I was having a bad day today so I picked up the phone to call mom and tell her that there was a thing that I haven’t tried yet and asked her for a simple recipe to make mixed vegetable curry and she gave me one.”
Taking about the hurdles faced while cooking, Malvika wrote, I took time to clean, open the spices jars, stir, measure, etc.” However, the outcome of her tremendous hard-work was a “delicious subji” (vegetable dish), “Can you actually believe this? I cooked without my hands, all by myself! I still can’t believe it. Moral of the story: Be unstoppable,” she said.
