Americans Watch Taher Shah's 'Angel' For The First Time And Their Reaction Is Epic

    The appeal of Taher Shah is not lost on anyone, not even the staff at the U.S. Consulate General in Karachi. 'Eye to Eye' was a smash hit and three years later, he's back with a bang with 'Angel'.
     

    On a presumably slow day at work, the embassy staff decided to record their reactions to watch the viral video that has now been viewed over 2 million times on various social media platforms.

    TWINKLE KHANNA CALLS TAHER SHAH PAKISTAN'S 'PURPLE BOMB,' UPSETS FOLLOWERS
     
    As Taher Shah's viral hit 'Angel' gained momentum this weekend, more mainstream celebrities from both sides of the border didn't shy away from voicing their opinions on the song.
     
    Among them was Twinkle Khanna. The actress posted a picture of Taher Shah to her Instagram account with the caption "Pakistan doesn't need nuclear weapons they can just drop this purple bomb on us #TaherShah."
     
     
    The mention of nuclear weapons and Pak-India relations upset some of her followers, who didn't seem to appreciate the joke.
     
    "You're so rude!" exclaimed one follower. Twinkle appeared to feel she may have taken the joke too far because she updated her photo to read: "P.S. Note added — seeing the comments — I have friends and relatives both sides of the border — just a joke — laugh or unfollow but abusive people with no sense of humour will be barred entry at these twinkling gates."
     
     
    Twinkle wasn't the only well-known personality to weigh in on 'Angel.'
