Ageless Mom: This 50-Year-Old Doesn't Look A Day Older Than 20! Here's Her Secret

Darpan News Desk IANS, 16 May, 2017 12:54 PM
Age is a defining factor for many people, but for Liu Yelin, age is just a number. Tagged as the ‘fittest mom in China’, Yelin is 50 years old but does not look her age at all. With no wrinkles and a perfect body, Liu is taking everyone by surprise with her pictures and inspiring messages.

Liu looks so young that she is often mistaken as her 22-year-old son’s girlfriend. The stunning mother has been inspiring many to get in shape with her pictures. When asked about the secret behind her young and glowing skin, Liu revealed that it is the results of three decades of exercise!

The ex-librarian has not changed much from her teenage days. With a perfectly toned body and flawless skin, Liu has no visible wrinkles and is an exercise enthusiast.

She loves swimming and does weights every day, and the hard work shows its result as the mom looks nothing like her age and can easily be considered a girl in her early twenties. Liu Yelin is a social media star in China and has over 75000 followers on Chinese social media site called Weibo. Liu has swum across the Yangtse River in China and the Han River in South Korea.

Talking to Mail Online, Liu said, “People are often shocked to find out I’m almost 50. Whenever I went shopping and told people my real age, I often got mobbed by strangers who wanted to find out my secrets.”

The youthful mother also spoke about her love for swimming and said, ““My favourite thing is swimming outdoors in winter.” Liu completed a 7.45 miles swim from the shores of Penang, Malaysia to the Strait of Malacca in four hours in 2016! Here are some of the pictures of Liu Yelin showing off her perfection.
