VIDEO: Dharmendra Celebrates Yoga Day In UK, Says ‘Want To Inspire You’

    Veteran actor Dharmendra is celebrating Yoga Day in Birmingham, UK. He posted a 43-second video to inspire his fans to do yoga and exercise daily.

     

    Wishing his fans a “very good morning”, the actor requested them to “wake up early, do exercise, do yoga, love each other and make this world most beautiful”.

     
     

    The 83-year-old actor was seen sitting on a couch, donning a black t-shirt with a black cap and a pair of blue shorts. The veteran actor tries to inspire his fans. He shares that he wakes up at 4 am and does pranayam yoga for an hour daily.

     

    He wrote: “Yoga, to be healthy healthy and strong. Today is the day, start it today. Love you”.
