Thief Tried To Steal Her Bag. 22-Yr-Old Delhi Woman Caught Him, Handed Him Over To Police

    In an act of bravery, a 22-year-old woman caught a thief trying to steal items from her bag and handed him over to the police in east Delhi's Pandav Nagar area, an official said on July 10.
     
     
    The accused has been identified as Manish Kumar, a resident of Trilokpuri in east Delhi.
     
     
    He is a school dropout and has studied only till Class 9. He is a smack and liquor addict and had been involved in the crime to fulfil his addiction, the police said.
