Darpan News Desk IANS, 19 Jan, 2019 06:58 AM

The 22-year-old son of the sacked BSF jawan who had complained about food was found dead under mysterious circumstances at their house here on Thursday.

Rohit Yadav was found dead in the Madhu Vihar locality.

He was the son of Tej Bahadur Yadav, the BSF jawan who was dismissed on charges of indiscipline in 2017 after he took to the social media complaining about the quality of food served to the army in Jammu and Kashmir.

Sources said the incident came to light when Rohit’s mother Sharmila spotted the body lying in a pool of blood after returning from work.

The police rushed to the spot and found the licensed revolver of Tej Bahadur on the spot. The body that bore a bullet injury was sent to the civil hospital for postmortem.

Tej Bahadur is currently in Prayagraj to participate in the Kumbh fair.
