Rapper Hard Kaur Blames RSS Chief For Terror Attacks, Calls Yogi ‘OrangeRapeMan’, Booked

    UK-based artist, Taran Kaur Dhillon aka Hard Kaur was charged under various sections of the Indian Penal Code for her critical remarks online against Adityanath and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.

     

    A case has been registered against rapper Hard Kaur under various sections of the Indian Penal Code including sedition for her posts against Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and RSS chief Mohan Bhagwat.

     

    The complaint was filed in Varanasi by lawyer Shashank Shekhar under IPC Sections 124A (sedition), 153 (promoting enmity between different groups on ground of religion), 500 (defamation) and 505 (intent to incite), and Section 66 of the IT Act.

     

    According to Shekhar, he was deeply hurt to see such derogatory remarks against Bhagwat and Yogi on the social media account.

     

     

    Hard Kaur, in her Facebook and Instagram pages, had put up posts with "derogatory comments" against Yogi Adityanath. She blamed the RSS for police officer Hemant Karkare's death in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack.

     

    About RSS Chief Mohan Bhagwat, Hard Kaur says that he is responsible for the terrorist attacks on India like 26/11 in Mumbai and the Pulwama attacks of 2019. She says on Facebook, "HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL TERRORIST ATTACKS IN INDIA INCLUDING 26/11, PULWAMA ATTACK. THE FACE OF ALL PROBLEMS IN INDIA. CONSTITUTIONAL CASTEISM IS A CRIME. YOU MOFO'S YOU ARE BANNED BY SARDAR PATEL JI AFTER GANDHI'S MURDER BY GODSE. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO FUNCTION. IN HISTORY MAHATMA BUDDHA AND MAHAVIR FOUGHT AGAINST THE BRAHMINICAL CASTE SYSTEM. YOU ARE NOT A NATIONALIST, YOU ARE A RACIST MURDERER #fact".

     
     

     
     

    She has also replied in comments like, "AAO M**D**CH**O FAKE ID SE NAHI BOL RAHI SHERNI R******N KI AULAADO AAO IM READY ANYTIME."

     

    About Yogi Adityanath, Hard Kaur says, "IF THIS GUY WAS A SUPERHERO HIS NAME WOULD BE-RAPEMAN YOGI. YOU CALL HIM WHEN YOU WANT YOUR SISTERS, MOTHERS, DAUGHTERS RAPED. NATIONAL HERO. I PERSONALLY CALL HIM #ORANGERAPEMAN#indiastandup".

     

    Apart from Bhagwat and Yogi, Kaur also shared the origin of the word Hindu.

     
     

     
     

    The investigation in the case has been handed over to the Crime Branch's Surveillance Cell.

     

    Hard Kaur, whose real name is Taran Kaur Dhillon, is a Punjabi and Hindi rap singer and has sung in several Bollywood films.
