Raids On To Nab Dilpreet Dahan's Aides In Case Of Firing At Punjabi Singer Parmish Verma: Police

  • Raids On To Nab Dilpreet Dahan's Aides In Case Of Firing At Punjabi Singer Parmish Verma: Police
In case of firing at Punjabi singer Parmish Verma, sleuths of the Punjab State Special Operation Cell are looking for gangster Dilpreet Singh Baba’s two sharpshooters — Lucky and Budha.

The police confirmed that Lucky and Budha were with Dilpreet when they had opened fire on Verma during the intervening night of April 13 and 14.  Parmish Verma and his friend Kulwant Singh Chahal had received bullet injuries on their knees in the shootout.

DSP Tajinder Singh of the Punjab Police said raids were being conducted on the possible hideouts of the gangster’s accomplices.

He added that they came to know about the involvement of the duo in the Verma’s case during Dilpreet’s interrogation.

Besides, the police are also investigating the gangster’s involvement in the Kalka murder case. Vikram was shot dead by the Babbu gang at Kalka, Haryana, on June 28.

The police produced Dilpreet Singh Baba’s henchman Vipin Kumar in a local court, which sent him to two-day remand under police custody.

The police had sought his remand on a plea that they need to interrogate him to extract more information on cases of extortion by him at the behest of the gangster in Himachal Pradesh. Meanwhile, the court sent the two sisters, Harpreet Kaur and Rupinder Kaur, who were two-timed by Dilpreet, to judicial custody after culmination of their police remand on Sunday.
