Mentally Challenged Woman Gives Birth On Road In Meerut

    A woman with special needs on Wednesday gave birth to a baby on the road near Kutchery Pul in Meerut.
     
    The woman was reportedly lying on the road in an unconscious state with the newborn at her side. On seeing her, a passerby called an ambulance and she was taken to a hospital.
     
    Dr Pramila who is treating her said medical tests of both the woman and the child is being conducted.
     
    Locals claimed that the woman was mentally challenged and used to roam around in the area.
