Chandigarh, Nov 1 (IANS) Many people fainted in Punjab's industrial town Ludhiana on Tuesday due to a gas leak in an oxygen manufacturing factory in Giaspura area, police said.
Most of the people who fainted were employees of the factory.
Five people have been admitted to civil hospital for treatment. The leak occurred when gas was being transferred from the tanker truck to the factory tanker.
Addressing the media at his residence on Monday evening after nine hours of interrogation by the CBI at its headquarters here in connection with the case, Sisodia said, "During questioning, I understood that this is not a case about excise policy or corruption. The case is only aimed at making 'Operation Lotus' a success in Delhi."
A bench of Justices B.R. Gavai and B.V. Nagarathna said it will hear the matter on November 7. Senior advocate Mukul Rohatgi, representing Mishra, submitted that notice was already issued in the matter.

Farmers stated that they have been protesting at zero point of Yamuna Expressway for the last three days for their various demands, yet they are being ignored. "The District Administration wants to forcefully end the protest, but we will not allow it to happen," they alleged.
