A 29-year-old man has been arrested for slapping and punching a traffic police constable in Punjab. The cop stopped Himanshu Mittal from driving his BMW on the wrong side of the road. A bystander filmed Mr Mittal attacking Om Prakash in Patiala on Tuesday.
