The arrest of DSP Davinder Singh with Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists rocked the nation a few months back. DSP Davinder Singh, the once decorated police officer who fell from grace after his arrest has now been granted bail by a Delhi Court since the investigating agency failed to file charge-sheet within 90 days.

According to news reports the accused Devender Singh is still in judicial custody of the National Investigation Agency. The tainted cop will remain jail in the NIA case for which he was arrested on January 11. Singh was arrested while ferrying two Hizb-ul-Mujahideen terrorists in a vehicle on the Srinagar-Jammu Highway.
