New Delhi, Nov 30 (IANS) The air quality in the national capital remained in "poor" category on Thursday, according to the data from the System of Air Quality and Weather Forecasting And Research (SAFAR).

However, Bawana station recorded PM 2.5 at 449 and PM 10 at 418, in the severe category while the CO reached 60, or "satisfactory".

The air quality at Anand Vihar remained in the "very poor" category with PM 2.5 at 371 and PM at 368 while the CO reached 105, in the "moderate" category while NO2 was at 86 or "satisfactory", as per the Central Pollution Control Board (CPCB).

The AQI monitoring station at Dwarka Sector 8 recorded PM 2.5 at 409 and PM 10 was at 405, both in the very poor category while the CO was at 121, moderate.

The AQI at the Indira Gandhi International (IGI) Airport station plummeted with PM 2.5 at 391, and PM 10 was at 349, both in the very poor levels.

The CO was recorded at 106, in the "moderate" level. The PM 10 at Okhla Phase-II was recorded at 421, the severe category and PM 10 at 355 both in the "very poor".

The NO2 was 57, in satisfactory levels and CO at 102, or "moderate".

The AQI between zero and 50 is considered "good"; 51 and 100 "satisfactory"; 101 and 200 "moderate"; 201 and 300 "poor"; 301 and 400 "very poor"; and 401 and 500 "severe".

According to information, the deceased used to beat the juveniles and would often snatch their money to buy alcohol and drugs. The juveniles had been planning to take revenge for this. A senior police official said that the deceased was identified as Ajay, a resident of Labor Colony in Outer Delhi. The official said that the juveniles stabbed him repeatedly and fled from the crime scene.
